Prunus 'Shizuka' is a spectacular and fast growing medium sized cherry with a spreading habit, that in May produces dense clusters of double white flowers that turn a pale pink with time. This eye catching blossom has a delicate sweet scent, unusual for any cherry.

Dryopteris erythrosora is one of the most ornamental ferns, with warm pinky brown young fronds which mature to a rich glossy green. Usually deciduous, grows to 2ft tall, 1ft wide, thrives in well drained humus rich soil and is tolerant of full or light shade.

Kniphofia 'Flamenco' is a colourful selection of Red hot poker producing pokers in shades of red, orange and yellow from June to August. Height and spread 75-100cm by 60cm. Suitable for the middle of a sunny border or cottage garden-style informal plantings. Attractive to bees and makes a good cut flower.
