Click and Collect

'Click and Collect' is now available from all of our garden centres. To guarantee availability and organise collection at a centre convenient for you, just reserve your plants online and collect them from the centre of your choice.

Look out for the 'Click and Collect' logo below on the relevant plant page to see if an item is available.

How does it work?

Just add your chosen plants to your basket then proceed to the online checkout. You will be asked for your post code, which will display a list of your closest garden centres. All you need to do is choose from which one you would like to collect your plants.

When will my plants be ready for collection?

Most plants are available for next day collection, however this may not be possible if a plant is not stocked at your chosen centre. If this is the case, using our extensive network of nurseries and garden centres we will do our utmost to ensure your plants are ready for collection as soon as possible.

We will notify you by email or telephone when your plants are ready and keep them safely at the centre for seven days.

If you are unable to collect them in this time frame, please contact the centre as soon as possible.

How do I collect my plants?

Print out the email notification or make a note of your order reference number and take it to the 'Click and Collect' collection area at the centre. Once you have collected your plants, just pay for them at the till as usual.

If you are not satisfied with the standard or quality of any of the plants in your order when you arrive, you are under no obligation to buy them. The garden centre will source another plant and have it sent to your home at no extra cost.

What happens if I have a problem?

Please contact your collection garden centre with any enquiries regarding your order as soon as possible.
