Customer Service Manager

Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager with at least 5 years' customer service management experience. The main tasks and accountabilities of the Customer Service Manager role are:

  • Providing excellent customer service in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines.
  • To manage the Customer Service Team including, recruitment, induction, motivation, retention, resource planning, reviews and performance management.
  • To demonstrate a 'can-do attitude' at all times and be willing to go the extra mile.
  • To set, maintain and enhance customer service standards.
The personal qualities required from the Customer Service Manager role are:

Customer Service Assistant

Full-time

The customer services department is now recruiting for an experienced customer service professional. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end customer support, collating information and responding via email, telephone and letter.

You must have excellent communication skills, be confident, helpful and have a professional telephone manner. It is also desirable for you to have the ability to prioritise effectively and manage several open issues concurrently, have clear focus on resolution and the ability to proactively communicate with internal staff for information.

Key Knowledge & Experience

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
