Five year guarantee on hardy plants

We take great pride in the quality of our plants. However, should one die within five years of purchase, we will happily replace it or offer a suitable alternative if the same plant is not available.

All plants ordered on our website are also guaranteed for five years. If the plant fails during this time, please send us a photograph of the plant along with your order number to our customer services department. Once we have determined the cause of the problem we will endeavour to replace it or refund you. You will be charged for delivery on any replacement plants issued.

This guarantee does not include Christmas trees or any plants damaged due to a lack of watering or proper horticultural care.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
