Situated on the outskirts of Codicote village in Hertfordshire, Codicote Garden Centre lies within easy reach of the A1(M) and attracts a loyal local customer base from the surrounding villages as well as from towns such as Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield and St Albans.
Originally divided into allotments tended by local residents, the site has, over the years, been home to two garden shops called Bill and Ben's as well as a small nursery working alongside the locals that developed into the well regarded garden centre it is now. With an established reputation for top quality shrubs, trees and plants, the centre firmly believes in offering a 'one stop shop' for gardeners. An unbeatable plant offer is complemented by an extensive shop area selling garden products, garden furniture and giftware, whilst on-site concessions sell lawn mowers and offer garden design and landscaping services.
Staffed by a friendly team with a wealth of gardening expertise, Codicote is a truly local garden centre with strong community links that include sponsoring the planting at the village entrance. With a popular restaurant selling delicious food, the centre is as much a gardener's delight as a regular meeting place where a warm welcome is guaranteed.
