Garden Centre Manager
Enfield Garden Centre lies in Crews Hill, North London, in an area renowned for its rich horticultural heritage. Capel Manor, one of the UK's foremost horticultural colleges, and Middleton House lie just around the corner, both with famously beautiful gardens, whilst of the nearly 30 horticultural businesses in Crews Hill itself, Enfield is one of the most popular.
The centre began life as Fairview Garden Centre in 1977, with the focus very much on gardening. Bought by the Cramphorn family in 1982, who added a large area devoted to home grown plants, and extensively redesigned in recent years, it has built on its strong horticultural roots to become the highly regarded centre it is today.
Whilst plants and gardening remain at the heart of the business, Enfield also offers customers a wonderful day out, with a newly opened garden restaurant serving delicious home-made menus and tempting home baked cakes, a great gift shop, a fish shop, a furniture shop and plenty of car parking. Christmas is a highlight here and with a warm welcome guaranteed year round, a visit to Enfield Garden Centre really is a gardener's delight.
