Q) How do I join the Gardening Club?

A) Simply visit your local garden centre and pick up a registration pack. This will contain your membership card and a short form for completion. You can either hand your completed form to a member of our garden centre staff or register the card details online by becoming a member of our website.

Q) I am a Country Gardens Gardening Club member, can I view my points balance online or associate my card to an online account?

A) Yes, you are able to check your points balance online by associating your Gardening Club card to your web account.

Q) Can I link my Gardening Club card to my online account?

A) If you registered your card at your local centre you can still link it to our website. This means you can check your points online, view past transactions and update your personal details with ease.

Q) Can I add points online?

A) If, for any reason, you can not present your Gardening Club card during a transaction at your local garden centre it is not currently possible to add points retrospectively on our website.

Q) Can I get all my mailings via email only for environmental reasons?

A) This is not currently an option, but is under consideration.

Q) How do I check my points online?

A) Firstly, you need to create an account with our website and tell us your Gardening Club card number during the sign up. When this is done, you simply need to click "Check your points" to view your balance. Please allow 24 hours from any transactions you make in your local garden centre before seeing them appear on our website.

Q) Can I update my registered personal details?

A) Yes, you can update your registered personal details. You will have to create an account with our website and add your Gardening Club card to it.

Q) How do I create an online account?

A) Simply click the link in the top right hand corner of the screen called "Sign In / Register" and enter a few personal details.

Q) Do double points also apply to purchases made on Tuesdays online?

A) No, currently double points only applies on purchases made in our garden centres.

Q) Can I have a replacement card delivered to me?

A) Yes. You can request a replacement card by logging into your website account and clicking on the link "Request a new card".
