Returning Your Order

Damaged Plants

If you discover your plants are damaged, you must notify us within seven days of the date of delivery. We may inspect the goods, either by asking you to return the goods to us or through sending us photographic evidence.

If we agree with you that the plants are damaged, and that the damage was not caused by your neglect or misuse, we will, at your choice, replace of refund the plants at no cost to you. We will refund any reasonable costs you prove that you have incurred in returning the damaged plants to us. We recommend that you keep postal receipts for this purpose.

Incorrect Goods

If we send you incorrect plants, you must notify us as soon as you discover the mistake and within seven days. We will arrange for our carrier to collect the plants from you.

We will refund the price of the goods and delivery, and ask you to place a new order.

Five year guarantee on hardy plants

All plants grown and delivered from Bridgemere are guaranteed for five years after you've received them. If the plant fails during this time, please send us a photograph of the plant along with your order number to our customer services department. Once we have determined the cause of the problem we will endeavour to replace it or refund you. This guarantee does not include any plants damaged due to a lack of watering or proper horticultural care. You will be charged for delivery on any replacement plants issued.
