Cytisus battandierii (pineapple broom) is quite unlike any other broom, bearing silvery leaves and clusters of golden-yellow pineapple-scented flowers in May and June. Ideal for planting against a warm sunny wall.
Large frost hardy deciduous shrub. Plant in any well-drained soil in a sunny sheltered position. RHS Award of Garden Merit.
