WHERE ARE WE?

The centre is an oasis of greenery in the heart of Harrow; it lies in Headstone Lane directly opposite the London overgound station of the same name.

DID YOU KNOW?

The earliest records of our land relate to a farm associated with the estate of Henry VIII. During World War II it was part of the Dig for Victory campaign and then divided into allotments until the late 1960s, when it became a nursery and then a garden centre. Our longest serving member of staff, Helen, has been at the centre for more than a quarter of a century and for some time we have been the proud landlords of several bee hives, whose delicious honey is sold in the centre and is a great favourite with our enthusiastic and loyal customers!

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We sell top quality growing stock, gardening products and garden furniture as well as birdcare products, floristry, houseplants, greeting cards and books. We will soon be opening a new giftware department whilst at Christmas we make a huge effort with displays of decorations, lights and trees. Our friendly and helpful staff are horticultural experts who pride themselves on giving good practical advice to expert and amateur gardeners alike.
