DID YOU KNOW?

The centre was purpose built in 1986 on land previously used as a horse livery and as a market garden selling produce from the side of the road. Despite objections from the local army camp that the centre might constitute a security risk (!), the project went ahead and the rest, as they say, is history. The centre is now a thriving horticultural business with a loyal following of customers from the surrounding areas.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

We sell top quality growing stock, gardening products and garden furniture as well as birdcare products, floristry, houseplants and books. We also have a fabulous giftware and greeting card department and at Christmas, an inspiring display of decorations, lights and trees. Our wonderful restaurant has an indoor and outdoor seating area and sells delicious home-made snacks and lunches whilst our staff are friendly and helpful horticultural experts who pride themselves on giving good practical advice to expert and amateur gardeners alike.
