Returns and refunds

If you need to return an item

If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase we will happily arrange an exchange or a refund, providing you return it in a saleable condition within 28 days to the garden centre from where you purchased it, together with your original receipt.

We will ask to see Proof of Identity (e.g. Driving Licence) to process a cash refund. If the purchase was made by a credit or debit card, your refund will be credited to the original payment card used.

Sale items, bespoke items and customer special order items do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

No Proof of Purchase

We are unable to refund or exchange any items that do not have an accompanying proof of purchase. However, Gardening Club members who do not have proof of purchase will be offered an exchange to the current value of the returned goods.

Beyond 28 days

We are unable to refund or exchange any items beyond 28 days from original purchase. However, Gardening Club members will be offered an exchange to the current value of returned items.

Our five year guarantee on hardy plants

We take great pride in the quality of our plants. However, should one die within five years of purchase, we will happily replace it or offer a suitable alternative if the same plant is not available.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
